Bonus install and refferal points options not showing-up

Just tested my platform as a new user (14 day Enterprise plan trial (Boomerangme.biz Business plan). I am not able to setup points for card installation or refferal in this account. I see the option to have those features activated or not for the card, but when I select activate, nothing happens (image 1). It's also saying that the feature is only available in the Grow plan. However this test user is on Busniss plan, which is supposed to have all features. In contrast, in my reseller account, I do see those features.
