New Roles: with restricted access (Location Managers and Team Members)

We need a new role to be able to sell. Currently managers can access the backend and see competitor clients. Ideally the role should have configurable permissions. As quick and dirty I would suggest to have a locations manager with - permission to send push - view/edit rights to see ONLY his clientsbase - scan his client base cards only
